The Skills Challenge produced detailed performance data, which was used by the club to determine which players were best suited to move forward in the recruitment process. Unlike traditional trials, where decisions can sometimes be influenced by subjective opinions or biases, this data-driven approach made the decision-making process more factual, transparent, and fair.
